ROOM PARTY POLICY
Room parties are very much a part of the culture of Polaris. As a rule, the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel does not allow room parties; however, a limited number of room parties will be allowed at Polaris. Please note that they are subject to certain rules, set up by the hotel.
Anyone carrying any weapons or replica weapons, including swords, knives, batleths, or anything meant to represent a weapon must please bring their item to the Security Office for inspection, and for a review of our full weapons policy. Any club or organization wishing to set up a display of weapons or replicas must also contact the Security Office. Note that masquerade contestants are exempt from certain parts of our policy while participating in the masquerade.
