TCON Promotional Society ("TCON") is a not-for-profit social club. A basic yearly membership in TCON allows the member:
The ability to purchase TCON merchandise at a reduced rate.
The ability to upgrade their membership to include access to Polaris 24.
Exclusive invitations to all other TCON events.
Access to our email lists.
Our progress report.
Access to a members only section of our message board.
Basic Yearly Memberships are valid from the date of registration in our database to May 31st of the FOLLOWING convention year. For example, if you buy your Basic yearly membership on January 1, 2010, it would expire May 31, 2011 (using our convention year calendar), unless renewed. This is to ensure that all members receive mailings for the next convention year. To be clear: Someone would not be able to to attend Polaris 24 (in 2010), unless they purchased a membership that included a Basic yearly membership that expired in 2012. Otherwise, as their yearly membership would in fact expire prior to the convention, they would not have the right to attend.
Please note that all advanced memberships include the Basic yearly membership in the price.

The maximum number of attending memberships is limited to the maximum number of seats available in the Main Room.
There are three (3) options to purchase a membership: The first two (2) involve using our Membership Online Registration (M.O.R.) wizard tool and answering a series of question to:
(1)
Either pay ONLINE using your Credit Card (via PayPal - no account required) OR your PayPal Account;
(2)
Print off the resulting form and MAIL the print-out and your payment (cheque, money order or credit card information) to the specified postal address;
(3)
Print off the following blank form (PDF), fill in the values, sum it up and mail it in.
If you wish to purchase a membership that includes access to Polaris, the preregistration deadline is June 4, 2010.

TCON Promotional Society is a not for profit social club. All people wishing to attend events run by TCON Promotional Society must have a membership. All membership sales are final. All prices are subject to change. Event times are subject to change. If you are unable to use your membership, your membership is void unless you notify TCON Promotional Society, in writing, no later than June 1, 2009, to make a "one time" transfer of your membership to someone else for the current convention year, or to the following year. All guest appearances are subject to professional commitments. TCON Promotional Society cannot guarantee autographs, guest photographs, or entry into any specific panel or programming event with your membership.
