Please note guests are contracted for press conferences only. Anything else will need to be requested well in advance but we cannot guarantee that guests will grant additional interviews.

Media Representatives are encouraged from the following categories:

Editorial Representatives
Freelance Writers
Web/Internet Representatives
Videographer Reporters – this includes TV, Internet, etc.
Magazine Producers from recognized broadcast media
Press members with press cards

Please bring a business card or some form of printed proof of credentials. Whoever will be acting as the main contact for your company, please contact our Media Relations Department at media@tcon.ca and inform us who will be attending as working media and needs a badge. We ask that you only request passes for legitimate working media (i.e. not friends & family).

Unfortunately Amateur Podcasters, Bloggers and Fanzines (other than club magazines) DO NOT qualify for Media accreditation unless they are affiliated with another news source. You are still encouraged to register for membership with Polaris.
