Alex Milne (aka MarkerGuru) is a Canadian and alumni of Sheridan College where he studied in their technical illustration program .  

Alex's debuted for Dreamwave Productions as a  penciler for their “Transfomers: Energon” series.   Several series since and a few company later he has become best known for his work with IDW Publishing where he pencil and ink the official comic adaptation of the 2007 “Transformers” movie and the sequel comic “Transformers: The Reign of Starscream."   Similarly for 2009, he has worked on the comic version of “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” movie plus the prequel series “Alliance” and the cover art for the prequel series “Defiance.”  His next project is the covers for the Transformer series “Tales of the Fallen.”
