| Room Parties |

There is information in the Exhibitor kit for anyone considering having a room party at Polaris. Remember if you're thinking of having a gathering in your room, public or private, you should let the hotel liaison know at hotel@tcon.ca so that you can be located in the room party area. This is the best way to avoid someone calling the front desk because of the noise and then having security shut down your party.
Also, it may be a good idea to let the hotel liaison know if you're a party-type person so that they can locate you in the party area. This way, the lighter sleepers can be in quieter areas of the hotel.

| Exhibitor Events |
|
Exhibitors are permitted to have events, like game presentations or club meetings, take place in the programming space. Please contact us at dealers@tcon.ca and we will work with our Programming team to make it happen.

| Dealer Room |
|
For a lot in the dealers room (measuring 8'x8') the price is $225 Cdn for the first lot (includes 2 Terra memberships) + $210 for each additional adjacent lot (1 more Terra membership).

| Exhibitors |
|
For clubs, conventions, fan art and fan fiction there is exhibitor space located outside the dealers room. These are only $35 and do NOT include a membershp to the event. A membership with access to Polaris must be purchased seperately.
