Notes: TCON Promotional Society ("TCON") is a not-for-profit social club. Polaris is the annual meeting of members of TCON. Basic membership includes access to electronic mailing lists, physical mailings, reduced prices for merchandise, and the ability to upgrade to any Enhanced Attending membership.
